SmartTip's Enhanced CIPT Probes
Enhanced CIPT probes are SmartTip's answer to the industries demand for more reliable and longer lifetime probes for TMR CIPT testing. With customer costeffectiveness in mind, SmartTip now supplies the HardDisk and MEMS industry with a probe solution fit for automated measurements.

Technology
Using proprietary technology, SmartTip increases the thickness and hardness of the pin-ends. As a result the probe becomes less sensitive to vibration-wear while measurement accuracy is maintained or even increased. Typically probe lifetime is increased by a factor of 1.5 to 2.

CantiClever Design Probe
Enhanced 12-pin CIPT probes are available in all three industry standard Capres CIPT types: wide, normal and narrow. Enhancement is available for both new and used probes.
