This is SmartTip's ultimate probe for high resolution MFM imaging. It combines high resolution MFM imaging with very accurate topographic resolution. It is the ideal tool for imaging the smallest magnetic features.

The probe is realized by combining SmartTip's smart coating technology and the very sharp whisker type MikroMasch HI'RES probe.
